Summer Program
SUMMER PILATES AND STRENGTH PROGRAM
Just wanted to let you know about the SPECIAL Summer Challenge Program which starts June 3rd. A Pilates class will be taught on Tuesdays at 12pm and Fridays at 5:45pm. Most classes are live, some are recorded but ALL ARE ON ZOOM and you will have access to every class via a DRIVE link FOREVER so no worries if you can't make the exact time. These are yours!
The classes are NOT included with the unlimited class package.
In additon, you will have 12 week access to my app where I will assign you 3 strength workouts you can follow each week and you can do them on the days that work best for your schedule.

This Phase focuses on:

Fat Loss! Now that you did such a great job of priming your body metabolism, we can accelerate fat loss! The best part is we don’t cut out your favorite foods and your coach is there for accountability and support every step of the way.

Even in fat loss, we ensure that we maintain all the results you achieved in phase 1 (energy, digestion, sleep, hormonal symptoms)

Phase 3
Results that LAST
This Phase focuses on:

Your Exit Plan. We don’t stop at fat loss - we teach you how to come out of your fat loss phase WITHOUT gaining weight back so you never have to diet again!

This is what most coaching programs don't provide, but is IMPORTANT for lasting success after fat loss.

We focus on giving you the tools you need in order to be successful on your own outside of the program. We want to not only transition you out of fat loss, we also want to ensure YOU understand how to keep it off.
